Good morning, I am disappointed of writing you this review as the other 1h full body thai massages we had in your salon were always great but this time, the massage did not meet my wife’s expectations at all and it is not usual from you. My wife decided to opt for a soft pressure as the other times it was the perfect way to feel relaxed and unwind but this time, it was more like a basic stroking without any technics. It was far below her expectations and the technics the other therapists usually use for the 1h full body Thai massage were not mastered at all by this therapist. She was basically doing circles with her hands. She focused on her lower back for no reason without putting any soft pressure, as I said it was more like circle strokes. My wife mentioned to her at the beginning that she could focus on the back as she had some sticking points at the upper back and your other therapists naturally focus on them without even mentioning it. This lady did not even try. She focused so much time on the lower back that she actually did not have enough time to massage correctly the legs, arms, hands or feet. Plus, the stretching which is used at the beginning of the session was sluggish and weak, she also put too much oil. At the end of the massage, instead of being relaxed, my wife was annoyed and felt she wasted her time and my money. When she put back her shoes, no one was at the reception and left without saying bye to anyone. That is not a good way to treat customers. I assume your employee was tired after a long day as it was already 7pm and she seemed to have a cold as she was sniffing and not highly motivated or maybe she was not very experienced but you have to understand that I am not happy about this situation. I would like to receive compensation for this inconvenience.
