Me and my partner had Thai massage (which involve massage and "a lot" of oil). Perhaps they could ask you at the beginning if you have any area that you would like to be treated or that is sensitive. It's not a therapeutic massage but they could injure you if pressure is applied in the wrong way. Staff at reception was very kind and also offer a complimentary cup of tea after the treatment.
