The massage itself was excellent. The receptionist was quite rude and told me I had booked a different massage when I hadn’t. Then told me I should ring them next time. What is the point of being on Treatwell if I then have to ring them anyway? Why did they not ring me to confirm the booking. I would use them again as the massage was great. You just don’t need that hassle when you are meant to be relaxing.

Weve been coming here for approx. 3 yrs however I think these branch is under new management. Prices have gone up and sadly quality seems to have dropped. Staff are always very friendly buy just the actual massages arent werent they used to be.
