Unfortunately very bad customer service and the staff show no concern when they make mistakes with bookings. Then the lies they tell even though I provided evidence on my actual booking. Even when the booking mistake is theirs, they do not permit refund and therefore forcing people to live with the mistakes their staff/systems have made. I wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t be booking there myself.
