I enjoyed parts of the pregnancy massage but the room was cold and therapist too heavy handed - my neck and shoulders are sore today. As its winter I'd expect the room to be heated for arrival (11am apt) but it was very cold and having to get undressed wasn't great. Therapist offered to change rooms after I mentioned it, then she put an electric heater on next to the table. Her message was too hard on my weakened back. I had a much better massage experience here in my previous pregnancy in 2019.
