While it didn't look like much on the outside, when I walked up the stairs, I found myself in a wonderful setting, with friendly staff and a calming environment. I had a head, neck, shoulder and back massage, but the therapist went above and beyond my expectations. I could tell he knew what he was doing! I left feeling rather floaty from the experience, and I can't wait to go back.

The massage was very good in last 15 mins. Therapist had a much lighter touch than I expected. At reception there needs to be a more welcoming approach. I tried to give good feedback the lady at reception wasn’t interested. The therapy room door wouldn’t close properly and therapist did not knock before entering to see if I was ready. Just my first impression as first time visit.
