My husband’s birthday massage was extremely disappointing. He wasn’t greeted politely, was told the treatment wasn’t what I booked, and was placed in an overheated room. He had to request the heating be turned off or be moved, which cut into his massage time with no compensation. The therapist ended early, left abruptly, and gave no aftercare or hydration guidance. When I complained, reception dismissed it with “it’s already paid for” and offered no apology or solution.

I didn't get the person I booked. the experience was not up to the usual Nuad Thai standard as it wasn't a traditional Thai massage and the therapist did not discuss my requirements.
