I have been having massages at N.T, Uxbridge branch for the past 6 years. Massages & staff themselves are not an issue, but year on year costs have risen substantially yet the premises is in need of significant repair in both maintenance & redecoration. There are notable ceiling stains from leaks. One room has a door handle missing & variously there is need for redecoration. Toilets are a poor standard of repair with old WCs/leaks & poor standard of cleaning. I am reluctant to revisit.
