Staff not very attentive. Massage technique wasn’t great. Pressure points during Thai Full body massage weren’t targeted properly. It was actually quite uncomfortable. Repeatedly told therapist to reduce the pressure. Woke up the next day with some body aches from excessive pressure used during massage.
Overall, not a very relaxing experience.
Will be returning to Uxbridge branch as I’ve had much better experience there and usually love these massages.
