I loved this treatment. I had a male therapist and he made me feel very welcome and calm. He asked me if there were any areas of my feet I wanted him to focus on and he even educated me about the theory behind reflexology. He helped enormously with the arthritis in my knees and tense calf muscles and I left feeling pain free and very relaxed. A wonderful place to visit where they offer tea, calming music, beautiful aromatherapy and kindness.
