The running of the place needs to be reviewed. If agreed a certain masseur/masseuse is available it should be final. Clients have taken days off etc to hve a massage by certain staff with too little notice if it changes. When prices increase clients should be told in advance not when paying. It needs to be run more slick and organised. Pity because it's a relaxing pleasant thing to do but needs more fine tuning.
