I usually love my experience at Nuud Thai however this time round, I wasn’t overall impressed with the entire experience. The massage oil smelt off and was very sticky on my skin. The music in my massage room switched off half way through and was disturbed by the noises in reception. Upon leaving, the floor in the reception area was just mopped and wet which is a health and safety hazard. We are advised to leave our footwear at reception but expected to walk on wet floors prone to an accident. They have increased their prices yet I’m not seeing a massive improvement in the overall experience. The massage itself was okay but finished 10mins earlier! I won’t be returning there anytime soon. I’d probably try out other places until I hear that their services have improved. A massive shame as I’ve been coming here for years.

Fantastic massage however I was booked with a male massure when I wanted a female. It was changed for me but it was difficult.

Friendly staff. Clean accommodation. Excellent back massage to relieve back tension and stiffness. Will definitely visit again.
