I have booked a massage at 8pm and I understand I was one of the last clients that evening. I was shown to the room where I waited a while for the therapist to come in. There was a lot of noise and talk outside the room, so the atmosphere was not very relaxing.
The massage was okay but not symmetrical so it left me feeling odd and out of balance the towel at the end was cold and the manager wasn't too bothered when I mentioned it at the end of my visit. She said next time I give you someone experienced

Shame about the volume of the music which wasn't controllable from the massage room - would have rather preferred some light background music.
