The massage itself was good, although the therapist sniffing and yawning during the treatment was very off putting. The main problem was with the female receptionist downstairs. She was on a video call throughout the entirety of my treatment so all I could hear whilst I was trying to relax upstairs was her talking on the ‘phone and voices coming from the other end of the call. Really inconsiderate and unprofessional.
