I had a pain in the neck/shoulder, suspected trapped nerve. The massage made a massive difference to the pain. Really recommend and will use more regularly in the future to prevent pain. Easy to book on line but be aware that if you don’t specify M/F you will be allocated an available person - male or female.

Nice massage. Would be good if the therapist asked questions before the massage began, such as 'any areas to concentrate on' & 'anything I should be aware of medically' etc. The surroundings could do with an update.

The music can be a bit less loud. The massage was nice, but my muscles were a little sore afterwards. Maybe it’s part of the treatment. Would be great if I was warned ahead.
