I have been coming to Nuad Thai for many years and never had an issue. The therapist I got was terrible, didn’t understand the difference between the amount of pressure over a large surface area, heel of the hand or forearm and a small surface area, elbow or fingertips. Had to ask multiple times to change the pressure. Asked her to avoid a sensitive area and she repeatedly applied hard pressure to that area. After highlighting the issue with reception she asked me to email which went unanswered
