It was a Conveyor Belt massage - very impersonable. The worst part was the Reception on my arrival. I started to tell the receptionist that I had an appointment at 11.15am but I was stopped in my tracks by a stern voice saying- "Name?" I told her, then an order - "Go over there and take your shoes off" then someone pushed some slippers in front of me. The massage was quite nice eventually. When asked I requested Firm pressure but it was far too firm, Light to Medium pressure was good.

Good 30mins massage once again at Nuad Thai. I try to get back and shoulders treatment once a month and so far, I've always managed to get my chosen day snd time available. Using the app to book is easy except that no names are given, only #numbers
