Firstly I want to say that I visit this place a lot but recently things seem to have been going downhill. The last two times I’ve booked they called to reschedule or suggest another therapist. I specifically request a female therapist just for my own relaxation and comfort but I’ve been offered a male therapist more than three times in one visit. I think they must have moved to a new diary system because the chopping and changing of my appointments despite being booked for over a week is annoying and throws off my schedule.
That being said my massage was lovely she kept consulting with me on the pressure for different areas of my back which was great and the head massage was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Overall a four star but it was nearly a three.

Arrived early - told to remove shoes and was shown to my room where massage was. The treatments were okay. However didn’t really build any rapport with the massauese. Treatment was 1hour full massage and 1
Hour foot massage and reflexology. She advised she couldn’t apply firm pressure as she had hurt her hand. However initially was told it was only an 1 hour massage which I queried. When the massage was finished she left, no goodbye or greetings after which I thought was not good. I got changed and left.
