The ambience is lovely, the staff are very friendly. I went on a Sunday so maybe the floor hasn’t been swept but as you have to take your shoes off you really do notice the bits of dirt. Wasn’t loads but an extra sweep of the floor would have made it!

I booked a head back and shoulder massage but the therapist did not include the head massage and there was a language barrier when I was trying to explain my preferences. Otherwise it was good.
