Massage was really good and the masseuse was brilliant but the lady at the desk that day did not check bookings made via Treatwell and as a result they had overbooked. They had 5 bookings for the same time and only 3 therapists. They decided randomly on who could have a massage and who could not. In the end the customers were left to sort it out between them as the lady didn't actually know what she was doing. It was a shame as the massage was great but the customer service was not so good especially as it was my first time there. If i were to go again i would confirm my booking via telephone.

booked a head massage but most of the massage was spent on the shoulders/neck and upper back, which was fine as it was a really good massage. great technique and just the right amount of pressure.
