The therapist asked how much pressure I would like - I went for soft as I have a few knots, they listened to my problem areas and managed to ease all the tension that I didn’t realise I was holding in my hips, neck and shoulders. I had a really good massage, the therapist jumped on the bed and managed to click my back into place. He skilfully manipulated all the muscles and reminded me of the ones I didn’t realise I had. Looking forward to booking myself another massage very soon!
