Despite sending an email to the salon asking for a couples massage, as Treatwell did not give me the option online to book for 2 people, the salon did not check their emails and their phone lines did not open until 30mins before the massage. I had also requested that the salon would honour the price that Treatwell offered for the second psn, as that was the reason for the spontaneous booking- they said we will ask a 'manager', clearly never did...and after the massage charged me in full anyway.
