I am very disappointed the lady only massaged my hair for a few minutes and finish the session 5 mins early. When I mentioned it to the reception she said she started on time but she hadn’t. When you are paying so much money to get the treatment done you would at least expect them to provide full service

The massage went really well and I personally prefer a firm massage, which this was. The masseur was attentive when there were some tender pressure points and he really got in to my knots and worked some out entirely. I did however get to a point where firm became a little rough and rushed, and I don’t hold it against him but when he clipped my earring out by accident I knew it was too rough around my ears. Overall great massage- just be a little more careful next time please.
