The massage was great and they asked if my partner and I want to be in the same room before we even ask which was nice. There was a mistake with the order though and instead of the back, neck & shoulders massage + reflexology package, a full body thai massage was delivered. We spoke to the reception about this after the session and they were very understanding. Also, as the thai massage was £20 less than what we had paid for our package, they offered a £20 gift card to use anytime within the next 6months. Good experience overall.
