The thai oil massage was great, I had muscle soreness and tight muscles from weight lifting, this massage released a lot of tightness in my neck, forearms, traps, shins and calves. I loved the the face massage at the end! And my spine felt looser and too!! It was excellent, felt light and chilled for the rest of the day. The oil smelt nice and the venue is probably one of the nicest from the enterance to the room.

Pregnancy massage was good, the therapist was gentle however the normal head, back and shoulder massage was too firm despite asking a few times to tone it down.
