I booked for 1hr 30mins massage on treatwell, when I got there the lady at the reception said it was only booked for a 30 min massage even though I had an email confirmation stating 1hr 30m. Very annoying as after 10min of faffing around she agreed for me to have a 1hour massage. Had no choice but to settle for that. Whilst I was having my massage a guy was talking on his phone so loudly not sure why the staff didn't tell him to keep it quiet. The lady that did my massage was great and despite all palaver I enjoyed the massage.
