I am a regular customer of Naud Thai in another branch - booked Harrow for convenience however not the best experience for the effort I had to put to get a afternoon off for myself and my mum. It was my birthday and a late mother’s day treat.
The massage felt very simple - not really a deep tissue or relaxation one as requested - my mum was also disappointed with her Massage/ again they failed to focus on areas when requested. Overall very average service - nothing special.

The massage was amazing, had a great masseuse, knew exactly what she was doing, paid attention to my request to concentrate on certain areas. Was deeply relaxing, had the best sleep that night. The warm oil, the heated massage bed, the hot towel she put under my neck and on my face all added to a beautiful relaxation.
Went there after a very long time, would have been 5* but had to wait 15 mins past my booked appt time. But will definatley be going back again as the experience as a whole was outstanding.

The service is polite, but not over welcoming, this didn't bother me. The place was clean, but the slippers were very worn, next time I will bring my own flip flops. The room was clean and quite. The Massage was great, I have booked my next session.
