Got to the venue, filled out a form and was led to a treatment room and asked to get ready with my head faced down on the massage table. Room was nicely lit, temperature was nice and toasty, the music on in the background was relaxing. Although for some reason the music stopped for about 5-10mins during the treatment and then came back on again.The therapist kindly asked about the pressure during the treatment and also enquired of areas to focusAll in all, a nice relaxing, de-stressing massage
