Unfortunately this time I didn't have a great experience. I have been to this place a number of times and I always had a great massage. However this time wasn't that enjoyable. I booked myself and partner in for a treatment at the same time and I was looking forward to it all week. He enjoyed his massage and felt great after. I felt my therapist rushed through it and didn't seem to care at all. She hit my spine a few times with her elbow which was really uncomfortable and didn't focus on the areas that I asked her to. it felt very rushed and not one bit relaxing maybe because it was the end of the day. She also had long nails. Lady at reception very friendly and I should have said something then. Really nice place but it just depends who you get.
This has probably been one of the best massages I have had. I felt totally relaxed when it finished and I wasn't too sure of having a male masseuse but he got rid of all my knots and wasn't so heavy handed as I had thought. The venue is delightful! Very clean and a real warming ambience with beautiful statues and candles and very soft fluffy towels.
I would definitely be returning to have a massage here on a regular basis.a really lovely place. Highly recommend it if you want a massage a little bit more than just a Swedish one which will really destress your body and mind.
