I had Dipti the masseuse for back shoulders and neck, she did a great job! I’ve had a bad experience with massages before and told her at the start, she was very careful and gentle, got rid of a lot of knots and I came out in so much relief! The new refurbished place is also so lovely and posh! Thank you to Dipti :)

Usually have hot towel on head at end, didn't get this. Also wasn't very symmetrical in terms of how the massage took place on left in comparison to right side
