The therapist was running late due to an over running client and the receptionist forgot to tell me, so after waiting 20 mins I had to change again and go and ask her what was going on, Apart from that, the therapist listened to which areas I needed him to focus on and it was a very good massage.

I’ve been here for a few massages now and it’s always brilliant. The staff are very friendly, the masseuse asked about the pressure before hand and checked it was ok. It was relaxing and helped with my knots.
