Deep pressure wasn't consistent was using palm of hands which indicates Swedish massage. Nice person but the effort of the massage was lacking, still felt tense in all honesty. Waste of time and money

I always come here when my body needs a much needed massage due to a busy schedule. The therapist focussed on some problem areas and I felt more relaxed in my body. I was really energised by the massage and managed to walk for a few hours after in the sunshine. I would highly recommend this place.
