The massage therapist was great - but the overall cleanliness of the venue was really poor - floors hadn't been cleaned and dusted, there were scuff marks all over the walls - you could tell it's not been deep cleaned or even painted in years. I also thought it was a bit gross expecting clients to wear dirty slippers - when you could easily provide hotel style slippers that are a bit more sanitary. Massage therapist was a 10/10 but I would give the facilities a 0/10.
