This place is beautifully calming as soon as you walk through the door. Staff are friendly and the massage technique and extra little touches were very good (and i'm comparing to personal experiences in Thailand!). Only thing I would say is that there was a little draft in the room, and I don't like to be disturbed too much during the massage itself, so checking things like if its ok to apply a hot towel/ informing me they're going to go and get something etc is not necessary. I would prefer to be informed upfront and then left to just relax and switch off. However staff were very professional, this was a lovely experience overall and i'll definitely be back!
