My treatment had been put down for the wrong time so when i arrived there wasnt a therapist available. The receptionist decided to start my treatment which was great but had to leave the room a few times to answer calls and about halfway through someone else took her place to complete my massage. The massage itself was good however having different therapists complete it meant different pressure was applied throughout and wasnt as relaxing as it would have been had the door been closed the entire time etc. I was told id have an extra ten minutes added to my treatment time to make up for all the inconvenience but when i looked at the clock when changing it was only 2 minutes past the time.

Very pleasant atmosphere and the lady who treated me asked how I wanted the massage and if I had any areas that needed more treatment which was my shoulders and neck
