My lower back was in absalute bits and was painful days after playing golf and i think it would have been more like weeks. But thanks to these guys they seemed to know what they were doin. It hurt like hell, parts of it. but i think it needed to and the day after i felt more flexible and alot less in pain and feel like it really helped speed up my recovery. Definitely recommend!

Need to change the description of this treatment as it is not accurate. It is a full body oil massage and not clothed as stated. It was however just what i was looking for (i hadnt read the description before booking so it didnt matter)
