My first impression was went to a different location. We didn't drive so the lady at the reception volunteer to take us to the right venue. Turned out she's the owner. To me that was exceptional as she didn't have to.
At the venue the staff were friendly and the massage was good. I will definitely go back whenever am in Leeds.
