First time at the Vicar Lane branch and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The venue was clean, tidy and warm. The treatment was very effective to relieve my neck and shoulder tension. The masseuse was attentive and had a firm technique. I would go back

The staff are clearly highly trained in what they do, the massage was very rigorous (a little too hard for myself) but hoping it will help in the long run. Very in depth massage getting to all my sore points however could hear someone else being massaged down the corridor which wasn't very nice.
