Well what an experience. It was my first time having the traditional stretching and deep tissue massage. Didnât know what quite to expect despite my research however I did have a positive experience. The staff are all professional and explain each stage of treatment/s. I have re booked in for the same treatments đą. I did and I wonât lie, experienced some mild discomfort during and post treatments but given that my whole body was really tight- Iâm not surprised đ˛. Highly recommended. Jason
