I've been to this place before, albeit not for some while. The welcome was ok but the massage started a few minutes late (although I arrived early)
Therapist was the boss lady: she was brisk and polite but not over-friendly. Massage area was super-clean but not especially private - only a heavy curtain between you and your neighbour.
The massage itself - very firm and thorough. Even painful at moments. I did, however, feel noticeably good afterwards.

Very relaxing atmosphere and but hospitality is quite good there should be offering drinks or something while waiting for your booked session but overall the service is very professional and highly recommended.
