Natty was very professional, hygienic and efficient. She was always ensuring I was comfortable during the waxing process and was very thorough.
If you leave around the area, I would recommend. It is not a fancy salon but it has what you need and it is good value.

Staff not very communicative, so my hair was cut not exactly how I wanted it. Affordable but not the best I've had.

Great lashes as always however I had specifically booked at 6:30 with Sonia, I was told to take a seat and she would be with me soon.. I don’t even think she was there as the shop was closing and someone else did my treatment instead at 7:20 making me severely late for a birthday dinner! I was feeling quite stressed as I was unable to use my phone to update my friends and cancel my taxi, which wasn’t helped by all the shouting in the shop!
