I always visit this salon as it’s great value for money and I’m always happy with the job done. However this time I was in my way for my 11am appointment to be called to come at 3 instead. That was fine, I arrived at 3, only to wait almost 2 hrs as they were so overbooked. The laser hair removal was fine and I really felt for my beautician, as she wasn’t able to take her lunch break. The owners of this salon need to fix their booking and not ILLEGALLY have staff missing their breaks

For £18 can't complain. Lower rating for leg waxing because she missed a patch on one leg. Not a 'spa' experience more like a budget salon experience.

Staff were friendly despite seeing me last minute at the end of a long Sunday. Didn't take long at all yet done to a very good standard. The lovely young lady who done my pedicure was extremely good at it and provided a lovely massage. Very reasonable prices. I feel great!

I booked an appointment for the same day. When i got to the venue they were very busy, i had approx 5 people in front of me waiting already. Noone asked who i was and what i was there for and was told to take a seat. Over the next 15 mins 3 different employees came over to ask what treatment i was waiting for, none of them obviously went over to the receptionist to tell her why i was there. When eventually my turn came, the lady that did my treatment asked the receptionist to check my booking- after she had already started with it. The pedicure was good, wide selection of colors too and the girl very helpful, professional and chatty

Good value haircut, busy salon as it's also a nail and eyebrow bar but very happy with my haircut and the staff were every friendly
