While the massage was relaxing, I was very disappointed to be left waiting for 25 minutes before it could start, especially as I told them I had another appointment later. Moreover, I’d booked through Treatwell less than 30 minutes before - if they didn’t have a therapist available, they shouldn’t have offered a massage at that time. I had to run to my next appointment and, it wasn’t the therapist’s fault but, altogether it was not a very relaxing experience

the wax ripped my skin off and kept cracking off when the lady tried to remove it off my skin. Had to change to stop wax half way through appointment. terrible!
