Not exactly a relaxing environment. I had one person doing the first part of my facial then someone else came in to do the rest. Someone kept coming into the room. At one point they tried to upsell me a foot massage which I declined. Then again someone came into the room childishly mimicking to the lady who was doing my facial which I caught a glimpse of as I looked up. There was no music or anything to make me feel relaxed. I came to switch off and relax. Facial was good though.
