The lady refused to do my eyebrows as I have a fresg scar on my left eyebrow. Was happy getting even just one side done but been denied treatment. Luckily a lady next door confidently did it. Good staff, disappointing management.

Salon was really dirty, the toilet was FILTHY and the area around it too. Dirt all over the floor in the massage room. Afroz wore gloves for the massage which creates a weird sensation and makes a funny noise, the bed was too low down at the head end and the massage felt very rushed. It was not a relaxing experience, and the dirtiness has really put me off.
