Had to have threading as they wouldn’t wax due to some hormonal breakouts. I usually have threading but wanted it to last longer, surely my choice what treatment I want? Most painful experience of threading ever, lady was so rough and took no care. I didn’t have the lady I was booked under I don’t know who it was. I ended up crying due to pain and the therapist making me feel uncomfortable about my breakouts.
Awful experience avoid at all costs.

Not a good mani/pedi. Appointment started quite late, the lady who did my nails while lovely was clearly exhausted from back to back clients. Quite a few cuts on my finger/toe nail beds. Overall would not recommend. Very disappointing for the price.

Charged extra for hot wax (a Hollywood is always hot wax), didn't let the wax dry so had to remove in pieces which was very painful. Less than a week later, hair has grown back so she just ripped the hair and didn't pull out the root. Re-dipped the same applicator stick in the wax throughout, incredibly unhygienic especially considering where those sticks go! I can never go back after spending £50 on the worst wax of my life.
