Not a good mani/pedi. Appointment started quite late, the lady who did my nails while lovely was clearly exhausted from back to back clients. Quite a few cuts on my finger/toe nail beds. Overall would not recommend. Very disappointing for the price.

Charged extra for hot wax (a Hollywood is always hot wax), didn't let the wax dry so had to remove in pieces which was very painful. Less than a week later, hair has grown back so she just ripped the hair and didn't pull out the root. Re-dipped the same applicator stick in the wax throughout, incredibly unhygienic especially considering where those sticks go! I can never go back after spending £50 on the worst wax of my life.

Despite having an appointment I waited over half an hour to be seen. It became very clear that they struggle to manage their appointment system and the number of walk-ins. Fortunately, the work done on my nails was good, but I won't be going back.
