Is not v welcome in the waxing room really small so no easy to move around and could have be more clean. My eyebrow shape are amazing I cannot say the same for the tinting as I ask for light brown as I am v blond and I came out with v v black ones so now I look weird. Hopefully they will discolour soon. My Hollywood waxing it was not to bad but I have a purple mark on my right side either the wax it was too hot or the skin is been pull too hard.
After all the staff was nice.

I arrived on time, only to be told my hairstylist was stuck in traffic. When he arrived, he explained that he didn't start work until that time! I waited for 45 minutes with no apology and minimal explanation - instead, the manager brazenly tries to sell me other services. Management is poor, but my hair was done really nicely and good value. Would return but would make sure I had the whole day free..
