On a whole, the staff are not very friendly and do not even greet or acknowledge you as you enter the salon. Having said that, the lady who actually did my eyelashes was an exception and was very pleasant and often checked to see if I was comfortable/relaxed. There is no ambiance whatsoever for this treatment and the chairs are in the centre of the salon, meaning clients/staff often bump into your chair which is concerning when you are having a treatment on your eyes.
I was given no information to how to care for my lashes and the infills are not good value for money (they are £20 and you have to have them done every 2 weeks).

Was a really disappointing visit. Nails was not cleaned properly. Nail polish all over nails. Shape was not straight at all. After a week nails started to crack. Not worth the price. I've done my nails before and it was okay,but after this visit definately not coming back.
