Just awful experience. I was asked twice what I was booked in for. One of the staff was blow drying her hair while I was sat waiting for my appointment to start which started 15 mins after my appointment time. The place was very untidy and unclean. The Brazilian wax was one of the weirdest waxes I’ve ever had and lots of patches left. Will not be going back.

The staff was not very friendly and the place looked a bit messy and dirty. Waxing was more painful than usual and massage was not relaxing. I couldn’t breathe.

The actual waxing was fantastic, the woman was friendly and kind and it was relatively painless, despite the fact I was very hairy!
The general ambiance leaves a bit to be desired, I was in a room where the door didn't shut properly and it opened straight onto a corridor so as people came in I was fairly exposed. We were also interrupted a couple of times so it wasn't the most relaxing experience in that sense. However, again, the woman who did my waxing was brilliant and I'm sorry I didn't get her name so that I can review her better and also book with her again.
